As part of our efforts to minimize exposure to COVID-19 for our patients and our staff, we are implementing the following changes:
Only well patients, those with absolutely no symptoms of any sickness, will be allowed through our front door and into our waiting room. Routine well visits will be seen in specific well exam rooms.
All calls regarding ill patients will be screened for COVID-19 risk by one of our nursing staff. If we determine that an appointment can be scheduled, when the patient and parent/guardian arrive to the office, they will need to call our office from their car in the parking lot and they will be escorted into the office through an alternate door into a designated room.
When bringing patients into the office, we strongly advise that only one parent or guardian accompany the patient. No siblings please, if possible! We specifically advise that people who are at high-risk for complications from COVID-19 do not accompany the patient (particularly the elderly or those with pre-existing health issues).
All exam rooms will be sanitized between every ill patient appointment. We are increasing the cleaning of other areas in the office, like door handles, bathrooms and countertops and the entire office will continue to be deep cleaned each night, as we regularly do.
We will be continually screening all of our employees for signs of infection and quarantining appropriately if necessary.

Welcome to Frisco Pediatrics, PA. Our office has been providing quality care to the children of Frisco and the surrounding area since October, 1997. We provide that care in an old-fashioned manner. First, since good childcare involves the family, we listen very carefully to what the children and you, their parents, have to say. Together with the history of your child’s illness that you provide and the findings we discover on physical examination, we attempt to diagnose your child’s illness and treat him or her correctly the first time we see the child. Second, we spend as much time as we need with each child and parent. We will never rush you in and out of the office in order to see the next patient. Remember, your children are the center of our world just as they are the center of your world!
